This is my story so far I bought a car from Auto world June of 2016. When I purchase the car knowing it had high miles. They convenience me the car was very well taking care of. And the high miles was only highway miles. Its been almost 6 months and I've put 1,000 in it already with new tires and battery. And then bamm CV axles need replacing harmonic balancer, motor mounts and then transmission goes out. Y'all know this sh-t blew my mind. my first experience with auto world was a good one i brought a 2007 nissan from them about two years ago but my visit two weeks ago was terrible i went back to purchase another car, but the salesmen that work there now are so terrible they lie, pretend and are totally dishonest, chuck has a higher position now and he has no time for you i was so disappointed in the service i received i dont think they will get my business anymore, not that they care because i am sure they dont

HORRIBLE!!!! run away!!!!!!!!!!!!chuck was rude and slimy:(...the exact definition of a sleazy car salesman...other reviews must b his friends or family...sold a 03 honda van that none of the features worked for 9000$ AND and 04 chrysler van that had less mileage and everything worked great in....got it sat and went right back up there but they were closed...mon was holiday so this morning went up there and was told could nt have original van back and was kicked out yelled at and had cops called on me for pointing out he had... read more

Great Car! – My name is Joel and i just bought a car from Auto World about 3 weeks ago for my son. Chuck helped us out, we told him how much we had to put down and where we needed the car payments to be and sure enough he had exactly what we were looking for ;1997 ford contour in mint condintion with low miles. he even threw in a free car detail. The ladys in the finance department are fun and nice and they also take care of you. I would recommend Auto World to my friends and co-workers.

I just got a car from them,and they are good.very nice people and honest about everything,i think the only bad thing is because no place is perfect is that you have to pay a fee if you want to get yout car fixed i think that should change but other than that they are great and i am honest belive me,our credit is poor but they helped us anyways,Good luck
