RecommendedWe needed a car for our teenage daughter and found Auto Warehouses website and it looked like thay had alot of cars that would work. We made the trek up to Denver hoping the cars on the website were on the lot and they were. We looked at alot of different car and found the one that was perfect for our needs. Let me explain how my experience with Auto Warehouse Sales and Services went. I wanted to look at a car at their lot. It wasn't what I was looking for, but I saw another vehicle that worked great. I bought that car. The owner, Scott, was pretty quite. He allowed me too look around with no issue. As I was purchasing the vehicle, Diann was very helpful. I am in shock of the way Auto Warehouse Sales & Service in Parker Colorado handeled my phone inquiry I have never experienced customer service like this before. However, the bright side is.....after reading the additional reviews, I think I am very lucky not to be involved in a transaction with them.
they should be truthful and not lie about the condition of vehicles
These people sold me a Volvo XC90. Two days later we started experiencing transmission problems. Took it back and they basically laughed at me. Owner was a total jerk. Barely looked at me and pretty much refused to have a conversation with me. Transmission went out the same week and I’m stuck with a car that will no longer drive. Replacing the transmission would cost more than the value of the car. Now, I’m out a car and stuck with the bill. The fact these people do business is laughable. Be warned.
