I took my 2006 bmw 300i to have the valve cover gasket replaced I was quoted 950.00 which was already high for this job but I agreed at the front desk you put in all your own info. Never got a call it was ready so I went in to check on it and he told me it was done but some bolts where busted off and it took 2 hours longer to change so between the time and the bolts it would be 1430.00 I never got a call or email he said he called me twice and left a vm but his system showed one number off. Had to have my car repaired while on vacation. Staff was super friendly and able to get the work done quickly. Becky was very nice and knowledgable. I really appreciate all they did for us!
