My car needed servicing but when the service department ran the work by the warranty company they denied the service and stated that the work was not covered under the extended warranty. After speaking with Dave at Auto Villa in McHenry he immediately contacted the warranty company on my behalf and straightened it all out. The repairs were covered 100% under the warranty. I really appreciate that he went above and beyond to help me. It shows how dedicated Auto Villa is to their customers.
I just want to give a shout out to Auto Villa in Mchenry Illinois. I drove down from Wisconsin and purchased a Lexus a week before Christmas. On my way home the check engine light came on and the owner Dave took care of it right away!! Great guy, super easy to work with, he knows the value of a customer!
