My car needed servicing but when the service department ran the work by the warranty company they denied the service and stated that the work was not covered under the extended warranty. After speaking with Dave at Auto Villa in McHenry he immediately contacted the warranty company on my behalf and straightened it all out. The repairs were covered 100% under the warranty. I really appreciate that he went above and beyond to help me. It shows how dedicated Auto Villa is to their customers.
I just want to give a shout out to Auto Villa in Mchenry Illinois. I drove down from Wisconsin and purchased a Lexus a week before Christmas. On my way home the check engine light came on and the owner Dave took care of it right away!! Great guy, super easy to work with, he knows the value of a customer! There are plenty of car dealers in Illinois, Dave at Auto Villa stands by his vehicles, don't miss out.
I bought my lifted truck there and the sales guy Hector knew the truck inside and out the general manager Tony came out and introduced himself and went over some options on the truck that I didn't even know it had. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
Just purchased a 3rd car from this location. My daughter was in a car accident and we needed a replacement car quick. Steve got us into a 2004 Jetta at the right price! The car needed a new battery but it's a used car that is in great condition. Purchased from new location in grayslake on route 120 where the old Rockenbach outlet was.
This place opened up on my way to work and I had to check it out. I always wanted a lifted truck so I stopped in. I didn't know that they made these trucks in house, so they we're able to set one up the way I wanted. I ended up buying a Lifted 2015 Silverado and couldn't be happier. Financing was easy, Orlando was great, and they even stayed late to finish the deal so I could have it for the weekend. Thanks again guys! I'll be back for another and recommend my Friends.
I purchased a 2010 ram 2500 from auto villa 8months ago. Orlando was a great sales man. I did not feel pressured at all and he was well educated about the truck. I have had a few issues with the truck and auto villa has stepped up and helped resolve all these issues. Their customer service is great! Next to none! Thanks again auto villa I will be back!
