What is happening to people? Rude, condescending, out to make a buck without care or concern for those of us who need parts, advice, and help from self serving individuals. We are depressed enough as it is trying to fix our truck, need parts, having to drive 40 miles round trip twice to try and get what we need, but instead no intelligent suggestions and met with a short and difficult owner out to sell what we don't need.
