Friendly & knowledgeable staff, always had the right part/tool. My go to place.
What is happening to people? Rude, condescending, out to make a buck without care or concern for those of us who need parts, advice, and help from self serving individuals. We are depressed enough as it is trying to fix our truck, need parts, having to drive 40 miles round trip twice to try and get what we need, but instead no intelligent suggestions and met with a short and difficult owner out to sell what we don't need. My main go to parts store for autos
As with most places in ishpeming they all seem to charge a premium to use a debit card. I'm not too keen on this considering that's the way that 90% of people purchase items these days. Figure it out or tell us prior to pulling that card out!
