Was having a great day, And all of a sudden my front end was shaking and I had my grandchildren in the car, So I pulled over and looked at my passenger front tire and knew something wasn't right, So I googled good auto service in Sandusky, And I called Auto Value and Josh answered, And said bring your car right in. Very straight forward kind folk here. Went in to have a pre-purchase inspection on a used accord, and he saved me what would've been at least a several thousand dollar nightmare. He was interactive and showed me closeup what he was looking at
Josh and Les took great care of me from start to finish. Professional, honest, and really know what they’re doing. They diagnosed everything fast and treated me with respect. We got our kids taking their vehicles here. We have 3 vehicles, and this is now our place to go! If you want quality work and people you can trust, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
Have been going there for a few years now. Josh and crew do their best to keep me on the road and going as I can afford it. They treat me as if I'm family and trust them completely. They stand by their work and are more than fair and reasonably priced. Thank you fellas!!!
