Money paid and issue not fixed. One lie after another is all I got. Claims made that this and that was done. I take a look at the bolt heads that would have had to be removed and find they are still covered with normal crud. Never even touched. We are all standing in the need of God's grace. Grace Auto need a double measure of this. Only when Grace changes hearts will people change.
I moved to the area last year and was looking for a new mechanic/auto servicer. After my experience with Big B's, I doubt I will ever take my car to any other place! For the amount of work they had to do to get my car to pass inspection, the price of the parts and service was VERY fair and much less than I expected. They accidentally broke an inexpensive camera I have in the car for seeing kids in the back seats, and I told them it was not a big deal, but they still took $50 off my service bill. A very unprofessional place Rick is a rude ignorant person. He cannot diagnosis my car over the phone, I took my service to this location and will not return, Walmart car auto would do a better job,

Do not buy from them, there crooks.....They just sold my daughter one and its got two major problems with it thats gunna cost more then its worth to fix. She saved up for months to buy her first car and now shes screwed has nothing, the guy wont talk to us, being ignored, also found out the codes for the problems were reset so he knew about the problems but sold it anways. Ive got two different mechanics to vouch that....

The best auto service I have ever had since I started driving in 1972. Both Chris and Mark went over and above to help us out. They were quick, complete and extremely fair priced. We would recommend them to anyone.
