They are very helpful. Have always helped me get the parts I need when I have no clue what I'm talking about
My husband purchased a part asked about return policy and was told could bring the item back if not correct item. Tried to return today and told we couldnt return it. Poor customer service. When ur employee authorized it u should be standing by their word. We have purchased 500 or more in parts just in the last week. They lost any future business from us. Would rather drive further to a business that stands by their employees words than a business not standing by their word. Normally very helpful and thats why i rated a 3.
