Excellent staff and quality auto service.
The people were very nice. I scheduled an appointment to change my battery. They weren't able to give me a price upfront for them to replace it for me, but I figured it wouldn't be too bad. After they replaced it for me I was charged $70 for labor (the battery was $174) So when I was thinking around $200 total became $260. If I would have known it cost that much I would have done it myself. Or had the shop that quoted me $230 do it.
Steve is the most customer-oriented shop owner I've ever dealt with. He is so friendly, personable and he will NEVER rip anyone off. Honest & trustworthy to the core. Great value. Fair prices. Sammie is so friendly and helpful too, she's very professional and hardworking. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Steve helped my friend in a pinch a while back. A girlfriend of mine was getting married and her car was in the shop the day before her wedding/honeymoon. The other shop was jerking her around with getting her a loaner car... read more
