Great store, friendly staff. Didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but I love the brand, and you definitely check them out.
I walked in and asked the guy there what tool I'd need for my car to remove the shield that had flipped underneath itself and was dragging on the road.....I WAS CLEARLY ASKING WHAT TOOL I NEED TO PURCHASE. The guy at the counter misconstrued (don't know how) what i said about PURCHASING the correct tool...he gets really rude and tells me hes not gonna get underneath my car to check the bolts.....loudly in front of other people...I NEVER ASKED HIM TO GET UNDERNEATH THE CAR. Tool bag move.
