Went to Auto Value crowfoot today, was having a terrible day trying to figure out the problem with my truck that just stopped starting for no reason. Spoke with a gentleman by the name of Darren. I just want to say thank you very much for turning a very bad day into a decent one. Spent a little bit of time trying to troubleshoot the problems that could be causing my truck not to start. Overall was a great experience and I appreciate it. Big thanks to Darren!!!!! You're the man !!!
Came in looking for rear sway bar links for my Infiniti g35 coupe and was helped by Justin, he was able to help me out and provide great detail along with instructional advice on how to install them, he even called another branch to help me look for the bushing kit for them as they didn’t have it in stock at the time. Bought a transmission filter and gasket kit for my truck, took the truck apart and the gasket didn’t fit- not even close even. Didn’t want to leave the transmission open without a pan so I put the filter in and used the old gasket. Went back to the store hoping for at least a refund for the wrong part and Darren the manager didn’t even care to help. Told me it’s my own problem and sent me on my way. Im so grateful and thankful to Justin for helping me today. My van's battery suddenly died completely on me. I called Auto Value and spoke to Justin, he helped me figure out which battery I needed. He helped me install it after they closed, which was such a great help as I dont know what I'm doing at all ! He explained the warranty of the battery to me and did everything to go above and beyond to help me. I would definitely keep coming back here and recommend Justin!
