I have been taking my cars here for years. Recently went under new ownership and the owner is rude and disrespectful. I paid for my car to get washed and was walking around outside on the phone and the owner came up from behind me yelling at me to walk towards the designated customer area while waiting for my car. She then accused me of stealing vehicles that are parked out back because they keep keys in them and she doesn't want me to look suspicious on camera. This place sucks! They didn't even wash the windows inside nor vacuum the floorboards and seats in back. Big guy moving my car broke the front seat, owner Todd Hoss promised to pay for it, lier!
This place is horrible. They charge $1 for 3 minutes of vacuuming from a piece of junk vacuum that barely sucks up any dirt. Then I went to wash the outside of my truck with a foam brush and it wasn't even working. Never going to this place again.
This place is terrible.... I followed my boyfriend to drop off his truck and no less than 15 minutes that it took for us to go to Petsmart and back, the truck looked like it did when we dropped it off in the beginning. I don't know if it was the crew that day or what. They did not vacuume at all, did not clean the floor mats, did not lift up the seat in the back and vacumme and did not clean the interior at all!!! This place not only lost my boyfriend as a customer, but I will not take my car there ever.
This place has got to be a joke. The worst wash i have ever had. my 3 yr old son could do a better job. Not only was my car still dirty after i came out of the wash, but the guy cleaning it didn't clean my windows and didn't even wipe down the windows. This place used to be a great place before it was sold a few years back. never will i go here again.
I wanted to get my seats shampooed. They weren't dirty (no spots, liquids ever spilled, etc.). I just wanted the normal dust accumulation of a 6 year old car to get cleaned and get a fresh smell. Mediocre cleaning, no dry vacuum prior to wet (some dust particles and lint are still present where seams are). Shampoo smells like cheap outside car wash detergent. You don't wait very long for a really clean car. Waiting room could be improved but it's not bad. Service with attention to detail. Reasonable prices.
