Horrible customer service. I thought going in for a simple oil change would be easy. These people give you the run around. I spoke to the manager Jose, (Hamilton and Trenton location)he was rude and didn’t care what I had to say. The operations manager (Jess) didn’t have time to call me after several emails. To get an email that she can’t help me. No call though which is what I asked. Steve was no where to be found!!! He is the one to go to who take care of all the facilities. Absolutely horrible experience. My family has been patronizing this place weekly since they opened. While going through the car wash on March 11th their equipment cracked my windshield of my new truck. I instantly stopped and went inside and a worker came out and took pictures and said the manager would call me the next day by 9am about fixing it. After waiting till 3pm I had to call non stop for several days just to get hold of someone. I even had to drive to the Lalor St location just to try to catch the manager in person.... read more
Horrible customer service!!! Ran truck through the wash like always and the windshield cracked!! The truck was fine going in!! Repeated calls to the manager and no one responds!! They will put us on hold and hang up! I guess you think if you ignore people, they will just go away!! WRONG! We have been long time loyal customers and this is how you get treated!!
I love this place! The owner and staff are super friendly. It’s always clean and convenient. Best car wash in Norman! Another perk, you can wash your dog in the pet wash area! Highly recommend!
Very disappointed in personnel - sent my teenage son in for a simple oil change with his car and they told him he needed additional services OR the oil change could not be done, which was 100% false - charged him an additional $42! When I called to speak to a manager I was yelled at and insulted. They lost our business!
