Beyond disappointing. My 2005 BMW Z4 seats now need to be redone because of poor crooked stitching, dirty seats, seat backs that no longer connect without gaps, wrinkled materials, etc. Completely refused to fix any of the issues, then called me impossible to please lol. Held my car hostage until I paid cash. The all black seats are what we brought in for a simple repair - Tom convinced me to redo both seats.... and this two toned is what I had to pay for before he would give us my car.
