My experience with Auto Universe was first class, I utilized their service department for an oil change. The oil change was reasonably priced and I like that fact that they made me aware of the repairs that my vehicle needed, but they were not aggressive, given the age and miles on my vehicle. Robert was extremely helpful with a great attitude and sense of humor .
