A couple of days ago my car lost steering, and I was so worried about my car, especially since I do the daily Bathurst- Orange commute. Several mechanics were straight up rude to me, telling me they couldn’t fit me in until January at least, even though I insisted it was extremely urgent. Mitch was so friendly and understanding, and despite being just as busy, fit me in the very next day. I called them on a Saturday to try and make an appointment to have the rego check done for my car. They fit me in on Monday morning and got the job done before 10am. I wasn’t able to pick my car up till after work so they very kindly offered to drop it off to my workplace for me. Amazing service and very grateful for them to go above and beyond to drop my car to me even though they didn’t have to.
