I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during and after the purchase of my vehicle from your dealership. Initially, the salesperson, Juan, appeared to be trustworthy. I live in Virginia and found the car I was looking for at AutoTrust USA on-line. Gary from AutoTrust was helpful in guiding me through the process of getting the car inspected by a certified mechanic in Miami with a detailed report, procuring the transportation and helping me manage that process and in getting the final paperwork completed. I was skeptical at first but I am so glad I purchased the vehicle from this dealership. I highly recommend them.
