Rated well in the past, but lady today on the phone was either in a mood or should be happier on the phone. I called to have a brushguard installed. Asked if I had, said yes, well we don't install parts unless bought here. I was like oh, new policy, she said yep, just started that little bit ago, not so nicely & hung up. Funny, I just called couple weeks prior & spoke to Walt directly, he never mentioned that. And I have brought plenty of parts & had installed at this place.
