Unreliable company. They do not honor their commitments. We paid a week ago, but they keep giving us the runaround. They say the item is available, we drive there to pick it up, and then it turns out nothing is available. Very poor communication. Nobody takes responsibility, nobody gives clear answers, and the issue is still unresolved. Payment was made, but we still have no product. I do not recommend this company.
I purchased an actuator for a Freightliner M2 for my company, Quality Insulation, in March. It worked for two weeks and then died. I called and left 3 voice messages, sent two emails thru their contact and two thru their tech support. No one got back to me.
Everything was great with my experience with Auto&Truck Electronics. The communication could have been better. All things considered I would highly recommend them for thier products and services.
Very good experience, the rebuilt module looks as it would the day my truck rolled out of the assembly plant 19 years ago!
Easy to use their website and their customer support is nice and helpful. Had to buy a part for the work truck and it was shipped at a good time and arrived good. When I inquired about when my part would be shipped they were honest, accurate about when it was shipped, and nice
