I had a mixed experience with ATR and unfortunately haven’t received a response so I wanted to share. I made an appointment for ExoShield windshield protection film installation on my GX550. I received multiple text reminders to make sure I showed up for my appointment. Upon arrival at 9am for the 9am appointment, the installer informed me he didn’t have any film in stock as he wasn’t aware of the appointment. Auto Trim went above and beyond to work with the collision center where my car was being repaired after an accident. They were able to get the new parts and do the painting and trimming before the repair. Thanks!
