After getting quoted 1-1½ hours for a radio installation. It took over 3½ hours. Considering the radio only needed to be wired this seems a bit ridiculous, on top of that they couldn't get the back up camera wired.
One of the fellas up front who wears the flannel shirt is very rude, shouldn’t be working with customers if you ask me. Very dismissive and a very very rude tone of voice. On top of that he sure did go out of his way to make sure you felt like you won’t be getting any help from you guys! Just switched my service center and that’s already been 100 times better, thanks! If you like getting treated with respect and some dignity, don’t go here. Total rip off.
