I was told by Joe the owner that he would take my down payment on a vehicle and I could come pick it up tomorrow. To give him 5 minutes and he would return my call. 20 minutes passed and I hadn't received a call back so I called. I was informed they already took a deposit on the vehicle and that Joe wasn't in. The next day I called multiple times being told Joe would call me back. I finally got in contact with him and he told me he accidentally called the person back and took their deposit instead. No ethics here. Made an offer and was told to give them 20 minutes. Never received a callback and then saw it sold. Glad I didn't drive all the way there.

Vehicle showed as advertised and they were will willing to wiggle a little on the price. Very freindly, No pressure at all from my perspective. Very pleased overall.
They was pleasant but took them a while to respond.
Tested out two Suburbans one was really clean but had a bad knock. The other was clean runs great and became our new car. They worked with us on pricing but not much figured posting with cash they might flex more but that didn't happen. Over all nice guys I could see using them again when the time comes to get another rig.
Quick and polite response. Very business like and friendly service.
