I was told by Joe the owner that he would take my down payment on a vehicle and I could come pick it up tomorrow. To give him 5 minutes and he would return my call. 20 minutes passed and I hadn't received a call back so I called. I was informed they already took a deposit on the vehicle and that Joe wasn't in.
