I am appalled by the experience i had with this company never in my life have I delt with such unprofessional people. I took my sons vehicle in for new radio back up cam and window actuator come back out with a broken door handle then i was accused of bringing the vehicle in that way. I was then told it would be taken care of recieved a call today by the associate named David whom is the only one that really spoke to me in a decent manner told me my sons door handle was ordered and would arrive in a few weeks. i did make cer... read more
Horrible experience. Poor workmanship and refusal to correct mistakes. Brought back to demand mistakes and broken items were fixed & they made it WORSE! Had the vehicle for 3 days each time and did nothing. A toddler wouldn’t have made as big a mess. Totally incompetent and crooks. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB immediately. Photo is AFTER they “fixed” the monitors that had kept falling out because they never affixed them; just stuck them loosely in the hole. Told me I had a 1 year warranty on my Train horn, it started leaking air ,took it in and they wanted me to to pay to fix it. This is after I took it in and was told they had to order parts ! I’ll never go back there again. BEWARE!!!

This place is absolutely sucks!!! They can't even get HID headlights to last longer then a week!!!
