I broke down on the M1 driving from the Gold Coast to Brisbane on a Saturday night and slowly, with the help of Main Roads, limped to Auto Teck as it was the closest mechanic. I contacted Auto Tech on Monday and explained what had happened. Not a small problem, but he had my car ready to be picked up on Wednesday. Price was very reasonable considering the problem. If I lived in the area, he would definitely be my mechanic.
