They are super friendly. They are within the market price...they are honest. I like them.
I have a few things to say... 1. customer service employees were super nice. 2. they give an inspection with photos and have a nice shop but... I took my truck in just to get a diagnostic and it wasn't touched for 2 days and then they were closed on Saturday and Sunday so I didn't get my truck back until Monday with half of my questions answered and I was charged for something I said I didn't need. (they did revoke the costs) I also called many times to figure out what's going on, and to get the link for the pictures. I wish... read more
My issue was diagnosed & fixed the same day. They saved me possibly spending time & money on a service that was not needed. Auto Tech-Centralia turned my stressful morning into a good day. Thank you Shane
