Beware this place I'll never go here again!!! Lied to me about my vehicle tried to get 6500 or more from me. I toke my vehicle somewhere else...And paid for another diagnostic. Finding that Auto told me we're false. Did my repair elsewhere and I'm good!!! Cost me 1200 at Hals Automotive on Tower Ave in North Area.. Been a year not problem s I'm good... Don't Auto Tech!!! Rip Off
My car wouldn't continue running after starting it up. It would immediately just shut off. I had other mechanics who couldn't figure out the issue and I was referred to Auto Tech. They were able to find and fix the issue after my car was down for over a month. The car runs great and I'm extremely happy to be on the road again as I'm a very busy person and need my car.
Jane is AMAZING! She kept me informed and had great customer service. She deserves a raise and a half.
Summary: Poor communication • Missed basic battery drain cause • Week-long vehicle hold with no answer • Failed diagnostic tests - Details: I took in my 2021 Ford Mustang to Auto Tech Service & Repair because my battery kept dying. I asked for a diagnostic test and specifically told the receptionist to make sure the technician ran the test with my dash cam and iPhone chargers unplugged (I had some suspicions) — which is super basic common sense when diagnosing a parasitic battery drain on a car battery.
