staff I have met are friendly but they stripped my lug nuts n I lost one after a recent oil change so now I cant get my new tires on until I replace lug nuts, They would not take them off for me so I can put new ones so I could go get new tires put on...Very unprofessional since you know Your guys damaged them.. If I come back the new lug nuts can not be Impact wrenched on they must be put to 85 torque & then back to 115.. worst ever. Took my 05 Denali for breaks, picked it up was told back needed new pads and rotors turned and they bled system without telling me it would cost more. A bout a week later right rear started squealing, looked at rotor and saw it was never turned but the left one had. Took it back was blown off by Jack. After a heated exchange Jack finally conceded that the paid for repair was not done right. After sever trips back, the right rear still squeals.
