Mark is the most honest mechanic you will ever find. If it ain't broke he won't fix it. He is honest and upfront with everything he does and his prices are very reasonable. He can diagnose any problem and if it's something he doesn't do in his shop he will tell you right away and recommend someone reliable to go to. He's someone you can trust completely. Highly recommended.
I have known Mark for decades. He has a great deal of experience and knowledge about motor vehicles. He is a great go to source for diagnosis and repair. He recently completed work for me on my Jeep in a timely manner and helped to get me back on the road. Mark has always given me solid advice and treated me well for service.
Been seeing Mark for 2 decades now. He has worked on the last 3 trucks I've owned and has done great, affordable work. The work was completed when promised and never had to return for a reoccurring issue. Trusted him to find the part and install it. I'll trust him over any dealership and parts store any day.
Mark is no-nonsense. He's uncompromisingly honest. When doing an AC job and investigating a strange noise for me, it turned out the noise was the alternator and belt. Those were things he was going to have to take off to get to the AC regardless, so he informed us and only charged us for the parts cost to fix those two things. Also goats rule.
Mark Trahan is a honest man that works diligently on cars. You can tell he really cares about what he does and wants to make sure whatever needs to be done is properly cared for. I went in to get a barring changed while he was changing it he noticed that my oil was extremely low and asked if he would like him to change my oil and and filter.
