They don't even deserve the 1 star but I had to place it there in order to write the review. NEVER and I mean NEVER take your vehicle here! Trust me when I tell you DO NOT GO THERE!! You have been warned people! My lights are still coming on and my brakes feel and sound like shit! Stay far away! Take it to a respectable place because this isn't it!!!
I take all our vehicles here. Junior, Phil and the rest of Auto Tech are good people. These guys are honest, they fix what needs to be fixed, they let you know if they see anything that is going to be a potential up coming issue giving you the option to fix it or hold off. They let you know if everything looks good, no other issue. I’ve had minor issues and major problems with different vehicles. These gentleman never disappoint me!!! I took my car to Auto Tech for a timing chain replacement, not only was there zero communication from their side, but my car drives WORSE than it did before I took it to them. I’ve taken my car back 3 times since and they just keep gas lighting me, admitting that it’s not driving correctly, but saying there’s nothing wrong with it? I would have to call the office 5 times just to get an update on what’s going on, even after waiting 24 hours after they said they would call me to let me know what they find.
