Juan is a lifesaver my other tag agency got shut down and he spent time to make sure that I got sorted out with PennDOT as they are very difficult to get a hold of. After it became apparent that I was not going to be able to get my old title back, he worked with me to be able to get duplicate title and processed my new title transfer with no charges, just State fees. He says and I quote "I don't like to see it when people get taken advantage of." He really went above and beyond.
