I usually dont write bad reviews at all, but this time I had to, the lady there didnt mentione that the system is down and when I told her that I live an hour away she didn't even apologize. she only told me that after I paid, the way she handled the situation was embarrassing. the next day she called to say I have a hold on my tag and gave me a number to fix it which I did. they were supposed to fax her a letter that she can renew my tag, but then she said the carrier needs an extra day, I told her im flying today and I nee... read more
