terrible customer service
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NO SIGN IN THE WINDOW TO LET CUSTOMERS KNOW THE ATM WAS NOT WORKING. AT LEAST TAPE A PAPER ON THE INSIDE, FACING OUT, LETTING PEOPLE KNOW THE ATM IS NOT WORKING. AT THE VERY MINIMUM MAKE AN ANOUNCEMENT TO LET THE PEOPLE KNOW THE ATM IS NOT WORKING. ATM WAS NOT WORKING FOR AT LEAST THE ONE HOUR THAT I WAS IN LINE BECAUSE I DIDNT SEE ANYBODY USING IT. Muy mal servicio de parte de los trabajadores parece q los latinos no son de su agrado siendo algunos latinos igual deberían tener un lugar donde quejarse o por lo menos alguien responsable del lugar espero q este sms pueda ayudar a alguien a q no tenga q esperar 2 horas y te digan q no te van atender
CASH ONLY! No debit or credit. There is an ATM on site if needed. They did open the door right at 9am but only 1 window was open even though 2 others were in their seats. Took about 5 minutes for the other 2 windows to open. I got there about 8:15am and was 6th in line and it took an hour to get my title and registration transferred from Ohio and to order a personalized plate once they opened. These people are so rude. The Hispanic guy in the front using his phone while speaking to the customer and then telling her she is rude. And has no morals or respect for the elders or his profession. People have to respect for anyone anymore
