Very helpful and speedy
I've been coming here for 30 years amd still loyal to this place. Yes, there are long lines sometimes but that because the workers are efficient in needing to make sure all documents are correct. And you feel like they have attitude ..no they don't, they are working, not your friend..Geez!
Horrible customer service. I’m not sure if the owner is concerned or addresses the complaints at this location. I arrived at 4:30pm when I finally reached the front of the line , they said it was not too late to provide the service for a handicapped sticker renewal. This was the 3rd time that I have been going back and forth within 3 days. They are never willing to listen or help . Everyone always has an attitude. At this point the entire staff needs to be replaced.

CASH ONLY! No debit or credit. There is an ATM on site if needed. They did open the door right at 9am but only 1 window was open even though 2 others were in their seats. Took about 5 minutes for the other 2 windows to open. I got there about 8:15am and was 6th in line and it took an hour to get my title and registration transferred from Ohio and to order a personalized plate once they opened.
