We made an appointment and drove 2 vehicles from Ashland Ky to get the window tinted. First off the appt was at 1 when we got there at 12:30 was then informed they were behind and our first car would not be done till 3:30 so we left the car and came back at 3:30 to pick up and drop off 2nd car to our surprise the 1st car was not tinted. Went in to see what the problem was and every employee was blaming eachother. The owner finally said oh we ran out of tint. Say what??? A tinting company running out of tint. Hmmm ok??
