RecommendedNice used dependable vehicles with great prices. Needed a vehicle asap and Monta Johnson went above and beyond to have me riding the same day. She even took me to a garage to have the vehicle checked out. Two issues were found and I have an appt to have them repaired. Def five stars and the best customer service ever!!! Bought my first car the other day, great people and amazing energy. I recommend Monta she a real hustler and she gone make sure right no matter how long it takes
Someone stole my gun out of my vehicle when I had it serviced with them. It was being serviced because I bought it with the check engine light on and they took forever to fix that, didn’t really even fix it. I spent $800 layer down the line myself. The employees could care less.
The salesman was excellent and I love the car I got. I recommend Franklin for any future customer

My salesman was a hardworking woman. However I was told that they checked the vehicle out. 2 days later my floors are soak and wet from a leak. When I spoke to the manager he was rude and basically considered it my problem. They offered a rental car from which meant I had to drive 40 miles and leave a deposit. Only 2 days later. Smh
Horrible customer service. I inquired online regarding a Honda, received a reply from Richard stating to contact Issy at the Wilson office. According to the website the vehicle was in Greenville, which I was willing to visit to see the vehicle. I contacted Issy immediately he claimed he was getting ready to call me. The most unprofessional place of business I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I called to inquire on a vehicle with the manager David & gave him 10 minutes of my time over the phone while I was at work, gave him ALL my information & he was supposed to look into everything & call me back & never did. I called back the next day & spoke to "Ashley" who was so rude & ghetto & was laughing at I guess her co workers in the background the entire time she was "helping me" over the phone.
