Shady Alert! Do not use this business. They rigged my vehicle after a simple Emission and Safety test. Emissions passed but they failed it for rack and pinion. I reported them to Missouri Highway Safety, who runs the emission program. The dealer recommended reporting after they found that they intentionally unscrewed my filter to make it appear my rack was leaking. The manager M.H. is a totally prick! At first the service seemed great and fair but then I realized that I was wrong. They do not stick to their word and screw you over. If you want a place you can trust, DO NOT GO HERE!
If there was a way to pick less than one star I would. They screwed me over and when they realized that I was not getting service from them they were very rude and not professional.
My experience was great. I was given great service and they worked hard to get me the best deal possible
Everyone there treat you with the best customer service ever, my salesman Randy is AWESOME!!!! I would recommend Auto Stop to anyone that's looking to purchase a new or preowned vehicle.
They are friendly, provide excellent service, and have great prices. And the place is very clean. I will be going there for my oil changes from now on.
I had the worst experience here dealing with these guys. Never trust someone who talks fast and makes big promises. My credit isnt great BUT it also isnt horrible. These people demaned $3000 for a down payment and couldnt even tell me what kind of car they would provide for that or a financing rate. This is shady business dealings. I went to a honda dealer and got a 2 year old honda with a $1500 down, and they actually asked me for less. STAY AWAY FROM AUTO STOP.
