This is my husband's statement who went to get our tags(since we are leasing). When I talked to Paul(the manger on duty), told there was nothing to be done. We leased a vehicle from AutoStart USA on Vivion Rd in Kansas City, MO in January. AutoStart is supposed to pay the tags and taxes as part of the lease. Repeatedly my wife was told we would receive our tags before the 30 day temp tag expired. After I made our payment, I was told the tags were being picked up and would be in the store in two hours. Avoid this place like the plaque. They sold us a 2004 Chev Malibu w/ full drive-train warranty. The car broke down last week after only 3 months. The mechanics of AutoStart USA removed the oil-change sticker from the front window and tried to accuse us of not maintaining the oil properly -so as not to honor the warranty. Now, they've tried to charge us another $2400 to change the motor. Both Sarah and Katie of the front office were very rude and unprofessional.
