No stars !!!!!! ZERO this shop is known for insurance fraud.... Ramon is by far the most unprofessional, scamming, person I know ... This man charged my insurance company over 2500 dollars along with my 500 dollar deductible and NOTHING was done !!!! How could you do someone this way and lie !!!!!!!!! He is a scammer and claimed it was his workers fault shop need to be closed but I don't have to say anything further GOD WILL DEAL WITH HIM HE DOES NOT BLESS MESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi! Just want to give a wonder review on Mr. Leon from the call to get quote to my early appointment he was very professional an excellent customer service skills, I gave him the location an him an me couldn’t found my sons car he was very passionate with me an I located an thanks Mr. Leon for been so patient with me. Mr. Leon Georges handle my sons front windshield an did a wonderful job. Thanks again Mr. Leon for a job well done 10+ in my book.
An honest mechanic. Kept me in the loop and worked with me. Turnaround time was less than a week as well, as promised.
WORST AUTO BODY SHOP BY FAR! DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Ramone of all people made the entire process extremely DIFFICULT. He took my land rover in and advised the insurance it would take 2 weeks to repair, but told me it would take 3-4 MONTHS! Then tried to charge me $2400 after he did NO WORK to my car (besides tearing it down, the day I showed up asking for updates!) because he states it sat in his lot. Let me start by saying This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very rude and nasty. The sad part is I just had a simple question for them, the young lady was very kind however a older man came out and spoke to me like I was trash. I guess he didn’t recognize who I was even in a suite. I was rudely told “we are closed” however according to the website they close at 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:35pm.
