I had rear struts installed on my car here. This turned out to be a huge mistake. They didnt replace the springs as discussed, which I later realized was due to a total lack of communication with in their company. Could have something to do with their CRM solution being a spiral notebook? Additionally I later found out they improperly reinstalled interior trim pieces and just did not install another piece. This lack of detail and quality of work was by no means worth the 50-60 bucks you might save going with these guys. I ha... read more
