I had rear struts installed on my car here. This turned out to be a huge mistake. They didnt replace the springs as discussed, which I later realized was due to a total lack of communication with in their company. Could have something to do with their CRM solution being a spiral notebook? Additionally I later found out they improperly reinstalled interior trim pieces and just did not install another piece.
