To David H. Speaking "man-to-man", you must have been an only child. It's hard to believe how you see things. I've had an unlimited membership at AutoSpa Express for years (which I absolutely love). It's pretty simple there. You buy a $15 wash. You go through the tunnel, you go vac your car for free. Nothing difficult. Or "Option B" (which I take advantage of once a month). This will be the last time I go here. I just spent $15.00 dollars for a the Maxx carwash their best wash. It was mediocre at best. I pulled in to one of the stalls to vacuum out my car (they post free to use) and half way through the process I was asked to move because they were going to use it for another customer who paid for a detail. I am glad to see that the owners train management to care more about the customer who spends the most and not the regular customer. We are very sorry that you feel unhappy from your experience at Auto Spa Express. We have only 4 vacuum spots reserved for Express Detail Services and ALL the other Vacuum spots reserved for the customers not receiving Express Detail Services. Each customer matters to us and it seems as though you misunderstood the attendant's reason behind having you move. It was not because of the amount of money you spent, but rather because we have stations for specific services at those 4 vacuum bays.
