I really don't know what happened to the place because it used to be the best and now, it is the absolute worst.
I have a 2020 suv with less that 100 miles on it. I went through the car was to get some love bugs off on September 25th 2020 It scratched my roof, the glass on my sun roof ant the driver side door. Brand new vehicle and this was its first wash. So upset 😡
I went here today to see if I could get fired in for a detail and wash. I went into the building to speak with someone ,2 ladies were in the office they both looked at me and kept on doing whatever they were doing. I guess nobidy wanted to help me.Bad customer service definitely would not recommend

make sure vehicles get washed properly my truck basically came out as dirty as it was when I went in my rims were still dirty my front grill and bumper still had bugs an stuff all over its jus terrible u pay a decent amount of money to get it washed for it not to be done right..
It took almost 2 hours for wash and vac and Six other people that came in after me were finished before. The job was not as good as I would expect for almost $50 ....the response I received is I had a “new employee” working on my vehicle. Perhaps Management should send someone to help instead of keeping the customer waiting.
Fast and thorough service. Love their monthly rates. Keeps my Volvo beautiful inside and out.
