Bought a vehicle that did have some rust on it so it was “discounted” had no inspection report and it not road worthy. Now I’m so called “stuck” with it. Attorney has been contacted.
The 2 salesmen I talked to today acted like they had no real interest is helping me with the 2 Ford Raptors I was looking at. They were a decent price and mileage but after speaking with them I changed my mind about buying one from y'all today.
At first, I'd have given this place a 4 star because it took 5 flippin hours to get paperwork done, when I had driven over an hour to get there to look at 1 vehicle that I called ahead about and was pre-qualified to get financed on... (still wasn't done, turns out my paperwork wasn't done til a day later) they literally said, "I need to make a copy of your driver license" and then came and handed it back HALF AN HOUR LATER and then disappeared again. These guys are a 5-star business for sure. I highly recommend going to see Todd and look over the inventory it's all beautiful
I do not recommend this dealer. I had an appointment to look at a truck that I called about that morning. When I got there. 45 min before my appointment. They told me they just sold the truck. No courtesy call to make sure I am still coming. Terrible way to do business.
