So, I decided to get a new stereo for my truck. I went on to Crutchfield and ordered everything and attempted to do it myself. Long story short, I hit a brick wall and decided it was time to call the pros. I chose these guys because they were tho only shop in town that could help me out right away. Boy did they. About a year ago I purchased an after market rear view camera for my Explorer. Pro Auto Sound did the install. And a few months later it stopped working. Just a few days ago I called now Auto Sound and the owner Ben told me the business was under new ownership, but to bring it in. Ben and his team looked at the setup. They replaced the warped wires and corrected the installation. Turns out it was installed incorrectly in the first place. The fix took all but 20 minutes and he didn't charge me anything. This place is great! A great selection of decks regular and double din. Subs and boxes galore. I walked in not knowing anything about the place and ended up getting a whole stereo. I'm glad I found a great shop, as my car is not the easiest. 2008 Cadillac CTS. I am going with a double din. Dash kit, 2 12" in subs and an amp. Fernando your professionalism is the reason I shopped here. I will be spreading the word to all my friend for any stereo needs. Custom alarm install, back up cameras, under glow kits they do it all!!!!!!

I bought an old beater POS vehicle to thump around in, run errands, and drive into Mexico. Unfortunately the CD player didn't work. Walked in the night before and he said they were swamped, but bring it back the next day around such and such a time and he'd be able to knock it out in about an hour. Great customer service overall. Fast installation and great prices. Would have liked more information on the different features of the stereos. We ended up with one where the biggest button is extra bass, which we'll never use, and all the preset buttons are very tiny. It has a remote though which I'll be using instead of the stereo buttons.
