I have purchased three vehicles from them, three very different cars and all great. Two were sedans and the other was an SUV. They were extremely helpful and patient with me as I had a budget with specific needs as a single parent. I felt like they understood me and not patronizing me just to make a sale. A year ago, I attempted to trade in my car at I Deal Motors. I provided them with my current title and completed paperwork. Ultimately, the interest rates were unsatisfactory, so I decided not to proceed with the deal. However, they never returned my original car title. One year later, when trading in the same car at a different dealership, I was informed that I Deal Motors had registered my vehicle in their name and forged my signature on the title transfer documents. I went in looking at a $7,000 car and they said they couldn’t get financing for it but that they could on a car that was $15,000 that I didn’t even want. They were nice and were trying to work with me but I felt like I was being pressured into something I couldn’t afford or want. I ended up going elsewhere. They weren’t super great at taking no for an answer. They were nice though.
Chris was such an amazing help. He was very patient and listened to what I wanted and didn't push anything that I didn't want. Ended up leaving with an amazing car all due to Chris.
I give ideal A five star rating everyone was professional they work with you. I even went to work and came back and my paperwork was completed after I found the car that I wanted. My vehicle runs great and Chris was a great salesman. I would recommend this car lot to anyone thanks a lot.
