Thanks to Davon for helping me find exactly what I was looking for but even better. He really made sure I was comfortable with my purchase and checked in on how it was going for me. And the first day I got it my battery did die but Davon made sure he had someone come out to give me a jump so they could replace my battery!! I’m really glad I came to this dealership they are very nice and welcoming and helps with any problems you have!! Just wanted to share my great experience at I Deal Autos! Went through Chris (YG). He was great, genuine, and I never felt pressured. From the moment I walked in everyone was very informational, friendly, and helpful. Also I had a Nissan Sentra 2005 for a trade-in and in comparison to the other places I looked at. I purchased a vehicle from I deal autos, About 7 months ago. I won't lie, I've had some issues with the vehicle that the warranty would not cover, but They have been really great and have done everything they possibly can to help me. Without them, I don't know what I would have done. I do know they do not have to help me. My car is financed through an outside finance company that has nothing to do with them any longer, so their job is done. I have purchased three vehicles from them, three very different cars and all great. Two were sedans and the other was an SUV. They were extremely helpful and patient with me as I had a budget with specific needs as a single parent. I felt like they understood me and not patronizing me just to make a sale.
