I bought a Toyota Camry and it was good car and I would recommend Auto Smart to my friends or family. He allowed to bring the car to my mechanic for pre-purchase inspection and he fixed all issues that were identified my mechanic. Also I traded my old car with him and he did the plate transfer and registration. He is very reasonable on price and honest about the Car. He also friendly for interacting with clients. I would give 5++ :)
If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a used car from them and they said everything could be done is max 4 business days. I waited almost a month for the car all while paying car insurance and there were still problems. I was dealing with the owner Abukar and he stated that any issues within 36 days would be resolved by him free of charge however he is the slowest worker I've ever seen. I recently bought a Mazda 3 from them that came with safety. I went to them with my safety still hasn’t expired because of the ABS and traction control kept going off causing werid brake movement on the high way while snowing and didn’t read the speed correctly The guy just kept messing around with the wiring and the sign disappeared but kept comming back.
