Came close to closing time and they still took good care of me. Had several people working on my car to get things done.
I took my old car in to get it detailed before I sold it and let me tell you, it was disgusting with dog hair packed everywhere. These guys did an AMAZING job!!! I will never go anywhere else or recommend anyone besides them. THANK YOU for all your hard work!
I don’t recommened them due to the fact that today I took my new car that I got the windows tinted in to be detailed. When they cleaned the windows the guy scratched my passenger window and the rear passenger windows tint. Also, when we got in the car to leave it smelled like marijuana!! We spoke with the manager and all he could say was that I could get my windows fixed and he would match the dollar amount in car washes. No thanks I won’t be using you ever again. Auto Shine Complaint On September 7th of 2019 I took my 2019 SS Camaro 1LE to the Auto Shine in Hinesville Ga. 713 Oglethorpe Hwy. I got my car washed twice that day due to the high infestation of love bug and the fact that I use my car in car shows. I don’t live in Hinesville, “I live 2 hours away” and I don’t normally use automatic car wash machines but I need to get the bug off the paint of my car. very nice people and great customers service. they have great products and quick oil changes. but overall not happy with the car wash and the detailing.Their brush that goes along side your vehicle will leave scuffs on your paint and if you have plastic fender flairs it will scratch and chip off the paint and also when you want them to detail your car like the inside they do leave dirt and sand in the hard to reach places so you can tell them are amtures at detailing this also took 2 hours. so for the service I received I wo... read more
