So slow. J&S car wash moves 3 times as fast. Sat in line for 45 minutes...
I've enjoyed just about everyday that I've worked at autoshine in 4years. Like to hear our customer's to say to me that the car wash is the best in the mid-coast area. Proud to be a part of auto shine. I take pride in this job.
Chose "good wash" in the touch free. Advertised 20 second bottom rinse. Was only 8 seconds. That's crappy.
The car wash is good, the employees very efficient. BUT the SIGNAGE FOR CHOICE USES TINY CHARACTERS!! I couldn't read it from my place in the line, thus requiring the attendant had to read it to me. That's aggravating, because I hadn't time to think about my selection without keeping the attendant standing there. That's not efficient. My solution: get a bigger sign. Keep this customer in Topsham, rather than going to the car wash in Brunswick. Be smart. Change.
