Can't be trusted – I Had my truck in for repairs there and the rear bumper assemble was damaged instead of telling me about it they backed into the parking spot so that I wouldn't see the damage (my vehicle was the only one backed into a parking spot) and when I mentioned to them after I got home they blamed the towing company. I watched the towing company load my truck and there was no damage to it then, if they can't be honest about a fender bender can you trust them with your vehicle?
