Went to get my car inspected given 9am appointment time because he wouldnt be there after noon. 1:00 rolls around and i hadnt heard anything. I called and no answer. I drove down there because i needed items out of my car and then he showed up and said he would do it. Failed it for my brakes being gone and metal digging into my rotor. I got brakes and he told me hed put a sticker on it after i put them on.
