Boy, do they rake care of me. Took my car in last week for several maintenance problems solved them in rapid fashion. Very pleased with their service
Auto Service Specialists has extremely disappointing customer service. Their computer program was not working correctly so I-in frustration- filled their pre-service three page questionnaire out three times. None of the answers would stay checked, and the information would not flow over to the company. This affected my day and my workflow. The communication between myself and the mechanic was incomplete. Got a screw in driver side tire; they were able to take me as soon as I got there, within 30 minutes they had it fixed!
I called needing service at 9am and they took my truck in 30 minutes later. 2 hours later they were done. All while I waited from home thanks to their free loaner car. The service was amazing both at the front desk and by the techs. They left my truck spotless and even the first class touch of leaving a bag of popcorn with a thank you note!
