Except one guy Randy in the service this place is awful! Slow ,expensive, and disrespectful ! Total waste of time and money! Find elsewhere! Would not recommend this place! Hopefully this will reach the owner!!
Hands down the very best service center I have ever gone to. From private rooms to conduct meetings and conversations, to fresh popcorn and cookies. Coming to Hampton is always a delight. Your car is so very well taken care of, and so are you. Sadly I have recently moved to San Antonio. And I wish Hampton could give lessons to other service centers. Believe me when I tell you that Hampton Toyota Service Center has set the bar, and it is set high!
Scheduling was easy, and service both fast and wonderful! Brent was my serviceman, and was a true professional!
I just want to brag about the wonderful service I receive today. Trent Bijeaux was awesome , very polite, very professional , I went in to get my car key replace , didn’t expect to receive my key on thesame day. But, I did receive my car key same day.
